What is the name of that migraine medication on the new commercial?
My friend gets migraines and I saw some commercial that said with 1 dose of this stuff you can get rid of a migraine. It was called something like excetera, acceteran, exceterin, or something that’s pronounced like that but I can’t find it. How do you spell it exactly?

I am not sure was it Imitrex. Probably not though, cause i’ve been ordering imitrex for a while now already. It is not a new product.

Only “new” medication I can think of that would be advertised is Treximet which is Imitrex (like the poster above suggested) mixed with aleve.
What it looks like you’re saying is Excedrin migraine. If you are, it’s a complete joke for many, many, many people who get migraines. I’d be better off taking sugar pills than taking Excedrin Migraine.
Excedrin migraine is just acetaminophen (Tylenol), aspirin, and caffeine. Excedrin Menstrual is also acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine just in slightly different doses. Excedrin Tension just doubles the dose of acetaminophen and adds some caffeine.
For migraines, look into the triptans. They work wonders for many people.
