What can cause migraine headaches in teens?
I’m sixteen and I’ve had a migraine headache every single day for 3 weeks now. its always in the same spot on my forehead. I don’t understand why I’m getting them and its becoming very annoying. I feel like its starting to affect me in school because its so much pain. What could possibly be causing it?

Migraines are generally hereditary, but headaches can be caused by many different reasons. You should see a doctor.
Lets see, it couldn’t be from peer pressure, it couldn’t be from trying to get good grades, it couldn’t be from parents not understanding, it couldn’t be from bf/gf problems, it couldn’t be from trying to figure out what you are going to do after HS. I could keep going and I am sure that you can lend a lot of your own. First you are under a lot of pressure. A lot of adults forget what it is like to be a teen. The best thing you can do is see a doctor. They have been trained to be a little more understanding and what meds might help migraines go away. There are several kinds so don’t be bumbed out if the first one doesn’t work. Try the next.pp
