Can migraine associated dizziness be made worse by colds?

I have migraine associated dizziness and I’m 14. So, I have been sick and my dizziness has gotten 10x worse. Is it brought on by the cold or do you think my medicine is no longer working?

yes they can especially with cough and sneezing but if the jerk motion that may happen when they occur.
